How to Prepare by Your Own

Bird's nest soup with American ginseng, Goji Berries, Red Dates

Enjoy the full benefits of 100% bird's nest by preparing own's concoction

Ingredients (Per Serving)

1 piece Bird's Nest

1 bowl of warm water

4 pieces Red dates

5 gm Goji Berries

1 gm American Ginseng Slices

Rock sugar to taste

Step 1

Soak the bird’s nest for 4 – 5 hours or overnight (must keep in the fridge if soak overnight) until they have expanded and softened. Thereafter, remove any remaining feathers or impurities with kitchen tweezers from bird’s nest and repeat this step a few times.

Step 2

Boil the American Ginseng, Red Dates, Goji Berries and Rock Sugar for 30 minutes. Then, add the clean bird’s nest into your bowl/ pot of warm water together with all of the other ingredients and cover it up. To attain the desirable ratio and outcome, please ensure the water level is above the bird’s nest and all of the other ingredients. 

Step 3

Bring to boil and simmer the pot of wholesome bird’s nests until they are soft (up to 1 – 1.5 hours). It is highly recommended to use a double boiler for the cooking process, to extract the optimum flavours and benefits from the bird’s nests and the rest of the ingredients. It is a preferred method by many to develop a sustainable good health.
